MILK & DAIRY PRODUCTS
A Leading French Milk & Dairy Manufacturer collaborated with Powatrim Ltd. to enhance their energy efficiency using the PowaTrim energy-saving product. One installation on the refrigeration panel demonstrated significant energy savings, reducing the average current from 282.04 to 269.30 Amps and kVA consumption from 206.19 to 196.86 kVAh per hour. This resulted in an average energy saving of 9.3 kVAh per hour, leading to annual savings of 81,468 kVAh and a reduction of up to 84.73 tonnes of CO2 emissions. The cost savings amounted to INR 692,478 per year, with a payback period of approximately 1.3 years. These results highlight the effectiveness of PowaTrim in reducing energy consumption and costs while providing environmental benefits.
MALLS
A renowned Commercial Building in Gurugram, installed PowaTrim energy-saving product. The project involved installing two PowaTrim units and power loggers to monitor energy consumption. The PowaTrim units demonstrated an average daily energy saving of 417.17 kVAh, resulting in an annual projected savings of 125,150 kVAh and cost savings of INR 11,26,351. The return on investment (ROI) for implementing the system is approximately 10.65 months, highlighting the product's efficiency and cost-effectiveness in reducing electricity consumption.

This case summarises energy savings achieved at a 5-star Hotel in Delhi, using the PowaTrim energy-saving product during an on-off test. The setup involved monitoring energy consumption with and without using two PowaTrim units. The results showed significant energy savings, with a total average daily savings of 438.12 kVAh. Over a year, this translates to substantial cost savings, with the estimated annual energy cost savings amounting to INR 679,946. The return on investment (ROI) for implementing the system is approximately 17.65 months, demonstrating the product's effectiveness in improving the power factor and reducing electricity consumption. The detailed monitoring showed an improvement in the average power factor from 0.88 to 0.95 when the PowaTrim units were operational.
CEMENT MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY

A heavy consuming Textile Manufacturer collaborated with the PowaTrim energy-saving product in one of their sections in their manufacturing plant.
